Service Description
Just like the pilot of an aeroplane that flies to a long-distance destination, we need to check regularly whether we are still on course. Stormy weather and unexpected detours are part of life and will get us of track. Therefore we do a monthly Reflect, Reset and Recharge session so we actually can arrive in the destination of our choice.
Cancellation Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy 1. Booking & Payments All coaching sessions are paid for in advance to secure your booking. 2. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their session at no additional cost if at least 36 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session time. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 36 hours or more in advance will receive a 100% refund minus a R45 administration fee Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe and returned via the original payment method where possible. 4. Client Satisfaction & Disputes If a client is unhappy with a coaching session, they are encouraged to raise their concerns directly within 48 hours of the session. We aim to resolve concerns in a fair and constructive manner, which may include: - offering a follow-up session - partial refund consideration where appropriate - or another mutually agreed resolution Each case is reviewed individually, with the intention of reaching a fair outcome for both parties. 5.
